Compared to the previous MKS 05 Terra P model, the Terra-P+ model is far advanced.
It has a wider measurement range of ambient dose equivalent rate of gamma radiation and it can measure flux density of surface beta particles. It also can measure the ambient dose equivalent accumulation time. It allows automatic subtraction of gamma background while measuring the beta contamination.
It allows programming of the threshold values for gamma radiation ambient dose equivalent rate, surface beta flux density and ambient dose equivalent of gamma radiation.
It also features a digital display backlight and allows a wider operating temperature range.
