Drafting of contracts that provide for the purchase and sale of organs or other anatomical material rights, except for bone marrow, are prohibited.

 

(Article 18. The ban on trade in organs and other anatomical material rights Act of 1999.07.16, “about organ transplant and other Anatomical Materials”)

 

1. Violation of the legal order of organ transplantation or human tissueprovides for fines of up to fifty tax-free subsistence minimum incomes, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, with disqualification to hold certain posts or practice certain activities for up to three years, or not.

 

2. Removing a person of his organs or tissues of violent or fraudulently for the purpose of transplantationprovides for imprisonment up to three years imprisonment for the same period, with disqualification to hold certain posts or practice certain activities for up to three years.

 

3. The actions referred to the second part of the same article, caused by a man who was in a swoon, or financially or otherwise dependent on the defendantprovides for imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or imprisonment for the same period or not.

 

4. Illicit trade in human organs or tissueprovides imprisonment for a term of five years or imprisonment for the same period.

 

5. The actions envisaged in part the second, third or fourth of the article caused a group of people are in cahoots, or participation in organizations that are involved in transplantationprovides imprisonment for a term of five years to seven years, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
