本实验利用脐带间充质干细胞治疗失代偿性乙型肝炎肝硬化，评价其安全性和有效性,
本次实验主要针对老年人 18-60 岁, regardless of gender and with body mass index (BMI) between 19-25kg/m2 (including boundary value). It was decided into treatment group and control group to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of mesenchymal stem cells by peripheral intravenous injection.
