Addition of Qualified Suppliers
The tender process developed a panel of suppliers that meet minimum mandatory requirements. Successful Tenderers were awarded the supply of selected pharmaceutical products at a fixed price for 12 months.
New suppliers will be able to apply to be listed on contract at any time, subject to complying with the minimum mandatory requirements.
The Contract Manager will review the list of pharmaceutical products annually. Towards the end of each 12 month contract period qualified suppliers will be invited to submit pricing on the revised pharmaceutical list. Offers will be assessed by the Evaluation Team in accordance with the evaluation criteria used for this tender process with the resulting pharmaceutical list, updated suppliers and fixed pricing to apply for the following 12 month period.
Excecution dates varies per supplier.
