This page provides information on the NBScience’s tenders with a value between €15,000 and €60,000. It publishes these tenders to procure goods, services and works to enable it to meet its work objectives and assure the administrative functioning of its office premises.
For tenders in the range of €15,000 to €60,000, the NBScience is obliged to follow a negotiated procedure and consult at least five candidates.
Since tenders in this contract range may be organised at short notice, it is not possible to publish a plan of all such tenders foreseen in the coming year.

The NBScience will endeavour to advise you as far as possible of the number and type of contracts envisaged, a general indication of their purpose and the indicative time schedule for the tenders, if known.

Addition of Qualified Suppliers
The tender process developed a panel of suppliers that meet minimum mandatory requirements. Successful Tenderers were awarded the supply of selected pharmaceutical products at a fixed price for 12 شهور.
New suppliers will be able to apply to be listed on contract at any time, subject to complying with the minimum mandatory requirements.
The Contract Manager will review the list of pharmaceutical products annually. Towards the end of each 12 month contract period qualified suppliers will be invited to submit pricing on the revised pharmaceutical list. Offers will be assessed by the Evaluation Team in accordance with the evaluation criteria used for this tender process with the resulting pharmaceutical list, updated suppliers and fixed pricing to apply for the following 12 month period.
Excecution dates varies per supplier.
