Закон України № 4196-VI «Про внесення змін до деяких законів України у сфері охорони здоров’я щодо посилення контролю за обігом лікарських засобів, харчових продуктів для спеціального дієтичного споживання, функціональних харчових продуктів та дієтичних добавок».
Закон України № 4196-VI набуде чинності з дня, наступного за днем його опублікування, крім підпункту 6 п. 2 та п. 4 розділу І, які набудуть чинності через 6 міс з дня опублікування цього закону. На даний час його не опубліковано.
