Non-invasive Cardiology opportunity in Southern Ohio that has the potential of $500k+.

- Permanent Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Echocardiography (The Cardiovascular Testing Department is accredited by IAC)
- Preferred nuclear boarded o Preferred TEE boarded
- Anticipated to be in Cardiac Testing for ½ day (7a-12p) every day reading echo’s while stress tests are taking place.
- Anticipate working in outlying clinics 2 times a month.
- Patient volume – expectation of seeing 15 patients in the office (1/2 day) or 30 patients if in office full day.
- Daily Number of Noninvasive Cardiac Testing Cases: Echocardiograms 15-18 Dobutamine Stress Echo’s 1-3 Stress Tests (Regular) 1-3 Stress Echo ___1-3 Cardiolite’s (Nuclear) 10-15 (Lexiscans, Adenosine, Dobutamine Cardiolites) Mugascans – Presently done through Nuclear Med as resting scans Monthly
- Number of Invasive/Interventional Cases: Cardiac Catheterizations – 110 PCI’s/ coronary angioplasty – 40 Open Heart Surgery – 10 Transesophageal Echo Cardiograms per month, with 3D – 20 The Cardiac Lab sees approx. 1300 patients per month

- Option #1: Base salary of $419,000* (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
- Option #2: Base salary of $532,000* (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU production contract
- Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs
- CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000 ? Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $18,000 year before taxes. No matching.
- Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $18,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $24,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
- Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
- Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate
- Health Insurance: physician pays small premium, deducted from paycheck Liquidated Damages: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year salary
- Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary
- Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
- Sign on Bonus: $50,000 (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)
