干细胞疗法
干细胞疗法是通过利用对干细胞进行体外分离、培养、定向诱导分化等，能够培养出一种全新的、正常的、更年轻的细胞、组织、器官等。通过特殊的移植技术移植到体内，代替那些正常或非正常死亡的细胞，从而恢复机体功能。
原理/干细胞治疗
疾病发生的原理是细胞或组织变性、死亡，功能减弱或丧失，从而出现疾病。干细胞具有能够分裂增殖和向多种细胞分化的生物学特性及能力。通过干细胞移植来替代、修复患者损失的细胞，恢复细胞组织功能，达到治疗疾病的目标。[4] 干细胞治疗疾病的原理是由干细胞的多向分化的特性决定的：
1、补充干细胞，就地分化，替代死亡、损伤的细胞；
2、支持和调控造血，促进造血细胞的增殖和分化；
3、免疫调节：降低损伤诱导的炎症反应，减少损伤部位细胞的死亡数量；
4、激活患者自身的修复反应，促进损伤组织的血管形成、神经再生等过程。
